Children's workshops at the Museum of Cycladic Art

Painting, handwork, theatre and fairy-tales for children. Every Saturday, from October 20 till the end of May, the Museum of Cycladic Art houses a series of creative workshop for children of all ages: a painting workshop, handwork and constructions workshop, theatre play and the programme "Learning by playing".

Until Christmas, the themes of the workshops are inspired by the exhibition "El Greco and his workshop", presented at the Museum till January 5, 2008. Then, each workshop draws its themes from various subjects or from the Museum's exhibitions, permanent or temporary.

Moreover, the programme also includes Christmas theatre performances and a series of fairy-tale narrations of traditional stories or stories inspired by the Museum's collections.
