48-Hour Fashion Project

The most glamorous festival in Athens town awaits you. The 48 Hour Fashion Project is an original and competitive fashion festival at creation level, which will be held from February 12 to March 5, with the later dates being the most important.

February 12: Kick off event

February 24: Fashion Show for all

April 11: Award Ceremony & Winner's Fashion Show

The candidates have to form a team and deliver a complete garment in 48 hours. The design, the pattern, the total look and the garment have to be original and unique and be presented for the first time. The leader of each team draws for the kind of garment that will have to be devised and just a few seconds before the beginning of the competition, the Art Director will announce the particular elements which must be incorporated in the garment.

The awards that will be presented to the winners are significant prizes as they are connected to the fashion industry and to the presentation of designs by new designers on Greek runways.
