All children grow up. They learn early that they will grow and usually they are in a hurry to do so. All children except one. And it's natural that this child has become famous. Everyone knows Peter Pan. His story has travelled all over the world. However, how many people really know it? The Herakleidon Museum and Papadopoulos Publications present the exhibition "Peter Pan" by the painter and children's books illustrator Svetlin Vassilev, from February 16 to March 21 in the museum's Educational Room.

On the last weekend of spring, 30 and 31 May, all children are invited to attend one of the most enjoyable celebrations ever held for their benefit: the children's festival Town For Kids 2, which will take place at Alsos Stratou in Goudi, Athens. Youngsters will be able to play, watch musical, theatrical and dance performances and take part in a variety of educational workshops.

Bugs and his classic Looney Tunes friends hit the ice running in a fun-filled parody of Jules Verne's novel; Around the World in 80 Days will be in Athens from the 12th until the 21st of December at the Tae Kwon Doe Stadium. This free adaptation is an exhilarating adventure which takes the young audience into a journey of discovery across the globe as Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck compete in a wacky race.

Painting, handwork, theatre and fairy-tales for children. Every Saturday, from October 20 till the end of May, the Museum of Cycladic Art houses a series of creative workshop for children of all ages: a painting workshop, handwork and constructions workshop, theatre play and the programme "Learning by playing".

In Athens, the weekend of October 4th and 5th provides kids the opportunity to live a unique experience. Under the title "Town for Kids", a festival full of games, entertaining and educational activities for children takes place at Alsos Stratou at Goudi district.
